What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to clients. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored marketing strategies that align with their business goals. Your role will involve a combination of in-office and fieldwork, allowing you to build relationships and drive sales effectively.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will also have ongoing support from the company, helping you to navigate challenges and maximize your sales potential. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive compensation structure with on-target earnings in your first year between $85,000 and $95,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement. The company values work-life balance and offers a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home while also engaging with clients in the field.
