What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with first-year on-target earnings estimated between $90,000 and $100,000.
