What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to clients. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals. Your role will involve building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring they see the value in Hibu's offerings. You will also participate in ongoing training and support to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with your first-year on-target earnings projected between $90,000 and $120,000, and your second year potentially reaching between $115,000 and $130,000. You will be part of a team that values recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers. Your responsibilities will also include managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets.
