What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive sales and promote the company's best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will participate in 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while receiving ongoing support from your team. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary, with total on-target earnings around $93,000 in your first year, and the potential to increase your earnings significantly through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will be recognized for your achievements and may qualify for the annual President’s Club Trip, celebrating top performers within the organization. Your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success, and you will play a key role in helping clients navigate the digital marketing landscape.
