What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, as you meet and exceed your sales targets.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn between $90,000 and $100,000 in your first year through commissions, with opportunities for growth in your income year over year.
