What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role.

You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed. You will also have the opportunity to grow your income through residual commissions, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $110,000.
