What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.

You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. Your role will involve performing both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. You will be expected to build strong client relationships, working within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

The compensation structure includes a base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings potential. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected to be between $90,000 and $100,000, with the ability to earn more through commissions and monthly bonuses.
