What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach, becoming a digital marketing expert in the process. Each day will be different as you work within a wide variety of industries, making your role dynamic and engaging. You will celebrate wins with your local team and enjoy the collaborative environment that Hibu fosters.
What we offer
Hibu provides a supportive work culture where you can thrive. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year 1 on-target earnings between $110,000-$120,000 and year 2 on-target earnings between $120,000-$140,000. A base salary of $56,000 is also included, along with top-notch training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your sales career.
