What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your sales performance, with year 1 total on-target earnings around $100,000-$120,000 and year 2 earnings ranging from $132,000-$152,000. You will be supported by a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as expense allowances and mileage reimbursement. Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000 along with uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses.
