What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, leveraging your sales skills to meet and exceed targets. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in your role. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate sales and build lasting relationships with clients.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $93,000 in your first year and between $106,000 and $125,000 in your second year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
