What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will also participate in comprehensive training programs to become a digital marketing expert, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role.
You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and local team interactions. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will celebrate your wins with your local team, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year and $104,000-122,000 in your second year.
