What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon to provide tailored solutions to clients. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting Hibu's services effectively.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in sales and achieve your targets. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year around $100,000-$120,000 and in your second year around $132,000-$152,000.
