What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on approach will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will also have access to ongoing company-wide support to ensure your success.
Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and closing sales to meet your targets. You will be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers. You will have a clear career path with opportunities for promotions in both leadership and sales roles.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $93,000 in your first year and between $106,000 - $125,000 in your second year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of.
