What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing you to balance your time effectively while maximizing your sales efforts.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to reach around $90,000 in your first year. As you grow in your role, your earnings potential increases, with year two earnings ranging from $104,000 to $122,000. You will be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, which celebrates top performers within the company.
