What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will receive comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in your role. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business growth.
Your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to meet your sales targets. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with year one on-target earnings projected between $87,000 and $107,000, and year two earnings potentially reaching $101,000 to $119,000. You will also participate in ongoing training and support from the company to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
