You have a passion for helping small businesses succeed and understand the importance of building strong client relationships. You are comfortable with cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory, and you excel at conducting thorough needs assessments to identify how Hibu's digital marketing solutions can benefit your clients.
You are motivated by the potential for high earnings, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, and the ability to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You are excited about the prospect of growing your own book of business and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes offering services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's solutions can help their businesses thrive. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting.
