What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation for their digital marketing needs. You will leverage your training to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that meet their business goals. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction with Hibu's services.
You will participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your role. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing companywide support to help you succeed in your sales endeavors.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, along with the potential for uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses that can significantly increase your earnings.
