What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook to provide tailored solutions to clients. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed.
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Hibu's services effectively. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets, managing your sales pipeline, and utilizing company resources to maximize your earning potential. You will also benefit from ongoing companywide support to help you navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year, increasing to between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, along with expense allowances and mileage reimbursement.
