What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation in a flourishing industry. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships and understanding client needs to tailor solutions that meet their goals.
You will participate in comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary for success. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year.
You will also benefit from a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and provides ongoing company-wide support. Recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, will motivate you to achieve your sales targets and excel in your role.
