What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with clients in the field and from your home office, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will leverage your bilingual skills to connect with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and follow-up. You will participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, setting you up for success in achieving your sales targets.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be around $100,000-$120,000 in your first year.
