What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and leveraging your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's services.

You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have access to ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your sales techniques and strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
