What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote and sell digital marketing solutions. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with your team and receive ongoing support from the company to help you achieve your sales targets.
You will have the chance to earn a competitive base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings in your first year estimated between $70,000 and $100,000. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
