What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will become a digital marketing expert, leveraging your knowledge to assist clients in navigating the digital landscape.

You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between home and local client meetings. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and following up with potential clients to close deals. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

The earning potential is significant, with year 1 total on-target earnings around $93,000 and year 2 earnings ranging from $106,000 to $125,000, all with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
