What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success.
You will work within a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between home and local team interactions. You will celebrate wins with your team and contribute to a positive work culture that values hard work and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals that contribute to your earnings through commissions and bonuses.
What we offer

You will have the opportunity to earn significant income through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one total on-target earnings around $93,000 and year two earnings ranging from $106,000 to $125,000.
