What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet client needs. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Hibu offers a competitive compensation package with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $93,000 to $113,000, with the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions.
