What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you achieve your sales targets.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, total on-target earnings can range from $115,000 to $135,000. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as expense allowances and mileage reimbursement.
