What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet your sales targets. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
