What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. You will conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's services can benefit their businesses. You will also grow your own book of business by managing client accounts and earning residual commissions for client retention.
You will engage in cold calling to identify potential clients within your designated territory, setting appointments and conducting needs assessments to understand their unique challenges. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a diverse range of businesses, making each day different and exciting.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year between $85,000 and $100,000, and between $100,000 and $115,000 in your second year. The company has been recognized on SellingPowerβs Best Companies to Sell For list for eight consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to employee success and satisfaction.
