What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You will engage in cold calling and prospecting to set appointments and conduct needs assessments, ensuring that you understand the unique challenges faced by your clients. You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.

You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will also benefit from a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home while also engaging in fieldwork.

What we offer

Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are supported in your role. The potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses is a significant draw, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $100,000, and year two on-target earnings between $100,000 and $115,000.
