What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed — you will develop a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will become a digital marketing expert, leveraging your knowledge to guide clients in optimizing their online presence and achieving their business goals.

You will work within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that no two days are the same — this diversity will keep you engaged and motivated as you celebrate wins with your local team. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and following up on leads to convert them into loyal customers. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to grow significantly in your first two years.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are well-supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one total on-target earnings around $93,000 and year two earnings ranging from $106,000 to $125,000. In addition to financial incentives, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
