What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings, which include partnerships with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be part of a community-focused organization that values flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation, including a base salary and uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $108,000 in your first year. As you grow in your role, your earnings potential will increase, with year two earnings ranging from $115,000 to $135,000.
