What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will leverage your sales skills to drive user acquisition and activation, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. You will participate in 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while receiving ongoing support from your team.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year 1 total on-target earnings around $93,000 and year 2 earnings ranging from $106,000 to $125,000. You will be recognized for your achievements and may qualify for the annual Presidentβs Club Trip, celebrating top performers within the company. Your role will involve a mix of home office work and in-field sales, providing you with flexibility and the chance to connect with clients directly.
