What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and setting appointments to conduct needs assessments. Your role will involve performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's solutions can help their businesses thrive.
You will build strong client relationships across a variety of industries, making each day unique and rewarding. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow your own book of business and retain clients through effective account management, earning residual commissions along the way. You will receive best-in-class training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in your sales career.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, and year two earnings potentially reaching $120,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you have the support you need as you grow in your role.
