What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that can help them grow their businesses. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing you to balance your time effectively. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Hibu's offerings.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings in your first year expected to be between $85,000 and $100,000. As you grow in your role, you can expect your earnings to increase year over year through residual commissions. Hibu provides ongoing support and resources to help you succeed, including access to best-in-class digital marketing tools in partnership with major companies like Google and Microsoft.
