What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct cold calls to business owners within your designated territory to set appointments and perform strong needs assessments. Your role will involve performing both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings.

You will focus on building strong client relationships and helping small businesses thrive, which will allow you to earn residual commissions for retaining your clients. Your day-to-day activities will be dynamic, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will also benefit from a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills needed to excel in sales.

What we offer

Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 and year two on-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage. Our hybrid sales model allows for flexibility in how you work, ensuring a balance between in-person and remote engagements.
