What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure your continued growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall sales strategy. You will be recognized for your achievements and have the opportunity to participate in annual incentive trips and other rewards.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 along with the potential for uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You can expect total on-target earnings of around $102,000 in your first year, with the possibility of earning more as you grow in your role.
