What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your position. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you achieve your sales targets.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are supported in your role. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be around $93,000 in your first year and between $106,000 and $125,000 in your second year. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, contributing to your overall well-being.
