You are someone who values comprehensive training and ongoing support, as you will undergo 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training. You are community-focused and enjoy working in a company that partners with major digital marketing platforms like Google and Amazon.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings and helping them understand the value of our services. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing you to balance your time effectively.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to grow significantly in your second year. You will also participate in recognition programs, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, which celebrates top performers in the company.
