What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This comprehensive training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure your continued growth and success.
Your earnings potential is significant, with year one on-target earnings between $80,000 and $110,000, and the ability to grow your income year over year through residual commissions. You will enjoy a clear career path with high potential for promotions, allowing you to advance in both leadership and sales roles.
