What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing you to balance your time effectively. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your position. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $108,000 and year two earnings ranging from $115,000 to $135,000. You will also benefit from a clear career path with high potential for promotions and recognition within the company.
