What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. You will also receive ongoing support from the company to ensure your continued growth and success in sales.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and the potential for uncapped commissions. Year one on-target earnings are projected between $90,000 and $110,000, with the ability to grow your income year over year through residual commissions. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement.
