What you'll do

As the Principal Engineering Manager of the Applied AI team, you will lead the charge in applying Generative AI to enhance Highspot's offerings — your role will involve overseeing the planning and prioritization of AI projects, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-impact business outcomes. You will work closely with machine learning experts and data scientists to define the technical direction of the team and make strategic decisions regarding AI engineering investments.

You will coordinate efforts across multiple engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing products — your ability to manage cross-functional collaboration will be key to the success of these initiatives.
