What you'll do
As a Customer Success Engineer at Deepgram, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they successfully implement and utilize our Voice AI solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and guide them through the integration process of our APIs. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, conducting training sessions, and gathering feedback to improve our offerings.
