What you'll do

In this role, you will own and continuously refine Stellar’s Solutions Engineering program, ensuring that it meets the needs of transformative enterprise partners. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of partner engagement, from early technical discovery and solution design through to production launch and ongoing support. Your leadership will be critical in enabling Stellar’s adoption by enterprises, and you will work closely with engineering and architecture teams to align solutions with the long-term evolution of the Stellar ecosystem.

You will build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure that team members are equipped to deliver exceptional results. You will also engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges, translating these into actionable solutions that leverage the Stellar network's capabilities. Your role will involve strategic planning and program ownership, ensuring that the Solutions Engineering function is aligned with the overall mission of the Stellar Development Foundation.
