What you'll do

As the Compliance Director, you will serve as a key leader within the Compliance team, focusing on clearing operations. You will provide expert guidance across various clearing products and services, ensuring that Altruist meets all regulatory requirements. You will support firm-wide regulatory initiatives and work closely with other departments to implement compliance strategies. Your role will involve monitoring compliance activities, conducting risk assessments, and developing policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks. You will also be responsible for training and educating staff on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
