What you'll do
As the West Coast Regional Director for Wealth Management, you will develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with Hiive's growth goals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive overall sales in the territory, expanding the firm's footprint across the West Coast Wealth Channel. You will be on the front lines of sales execution, generating new business and presenting Hiive's marketplace for private stock and fund offerings. Your role will involve sourcing, developing, and expanding relationships with banks, wirehouses, family offices, and RIAs. You will collaborate with the sales and trading team to ensure that Hiive's solutions meet the needs of your clients and contribute directly to the company's growth.
