Job Description
Who you are
You are an established broker with a proven track record of building a sizable book of business. Your experience has equipped you with the necessary licenses for your appropriate lines of business, and you possess strong sales and producer abilities that enable you to handle high-volume deals effectively. You have excellent communication skills, both in-person and written, which allow you to cultivate and maintain client and agent relationships seamlessly. Your organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that you can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and you have a natural desire to see things through, demonstrating a scrappy attitude when it counts. You are also willing and able to travel depending on the needs of clients, agents, and new business opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive sales and new carrier appointments to expand QuoteWell's footprint in the West Region. You will support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents. Your responsibilities will include soliciting, marketing, quoting, binding, and confirming new and existing business. You will negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets, ensuring that you provide optimal solutions for your clients. Additionally, you will partner with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build innovative solutions that streamline efforts across the full policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space.
