What you'll do

As the Head Compounding Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of compounding capabilities within the organization. You will directly supervise all compounding personnel, ensuring that they are trained in best practices and adhere to quality assurance protocols. Your role will involve performing and documenting compounding procedures, conducting quality assurance checks, and dispensing compounded preparations in accordance with regulations.

You will collaborate with the VP of Sterile Compounding to develop new compounded treatments and enhance existing processes. Your expertise will guide the team in maximizing quality and patient safety while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in training and mentoring staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
