Overview
Hims & Hers is hiring a PIT Operator to manage productivity and quality standards in the warehouse. You'll be responsible for unloading, loading, and supporting production processes. This role is based in New Albany, Ohio.

As a PIT Operator, you are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high productivity and quality standards within the warehouse. You understand the importance of safety checks and are proactive in ensuring that equipment is safe to operate. Your ability to work efficiently in a team environment will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for unloading and loading trailers, ensuring that products are put away and pulled in a timely manner to support production. You will perform OSHA safety checks to ensure that all equipment is safe to operate, contributing to a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the flow of operations within the warehouse, and you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
You will work shifts that may vary, including Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Your commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards will help Hims & Hers continue to innovate in the telehealth space. As the company grows, your contributions will have a significant impact on the overall success of the organization.
