What you'll do
As a Staff Engineer on the Store Backend team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Hims & Hers' ecommerce platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems that support a seamless telemedicine experience for users. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, you will influence architectural decisions and ensure that the platform meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
